NPD Abuse Recovery & Restoration

GUIDED SELF-STUDY

A complete, cycle-breaking intensive.

When You Know "Healing from the Abuse" is Not Enough.
You're tired of being strong enough to smile through the pain. You're so over having to find goodness - not to savor those moments, but to quiet the dark experiences.

You're done feeling angry, cynical and defeated, as if you're constantly protecting a fresh scab around your heart.

You don't want to simply "cope" through life... or manage the painful thoughts and feelings. You want more than to become stronger to tough out similar events in the future.

You've had enough of repeating the same self-worth destroying cycles long after your recovery.

Surviving just isn't enough anymore.

No, YOU are ready to completely wipe out the dysfunctional thoughts and beliefs from the automatic part of your brain that leads you to those thoughts, feelings, events, and situations in the first place.

You're ready to replace the skewed lenses you've been looking at yourself and the world through, with clear, truthful ones.

this is your complete, cycle-breaking intensive

REQUIREMENT: YOUR TOTAL COMMITMENT TO YOUR RECOVERY

How the NPD Abuse Recovery Guided Self-Study Works

ONCE A MONTH

You will receive a Recovery/Restoration Focus Topic to provide clear direction for your guided self-study healing journey. The focus topic is supported by Case Studies of my actual "graduated" clients including the emotional injuries we’ve identified and their step-by-step to breaking free from the cycle of abuse as well as a Virtual Q&A to validate, clarify, and support

EACH WEEK

You will receive Topic-Related Breakthrough Challenges with proven steps to remove and replace any distorted thoughts and beliefs that affect how you view yourself and engage with every aspect of your life... as well as SOS Cards to help guide you out of stuck-points when you’re feeling weak & confused.

PERSONAL ADVICE

Members also receive Behind the Scenes audios & videos with my personal experiences and observations concerning the recovery process. I felt this was important to share because recovering from emotional trauma is not linear and far from easy.
I'll share my mistakes and assumptions during my own recovery, so you know what to look out for - and possibly avoid making the same mistakes altogether.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT.

This program requires you to be willing to invest AT LEAST as much effort, time and patience in your own recovery, as you did --> coping with pain, hating yourself, tolerating sh*tty behavior, and patiently waiting for someone to realize how precious you are, so they can finally love and respect you properly.

Hi. My name is Carmen Sakurai

I’m a Certified Trauma-Informed Master Life Coach with a BSc Psychology, Certified Practitioner of several types of psychotherapy including CBT, DBT, and REBT… with over 20 years of education, training, and experience in mental health.

But my qualifications are only relevant because I am a Survivor of Narcissistic Abuse.

Ironically, my years of studies and training in this field did not prepare me for my encounters with the narcissists who nearly destroyed me. Nor did I suspect my lack of self-esteem, weak boundaries, and persistent self-doubt were the results of severe emotional trauma from my past.

I didn't even realize I've been "coping" and "tolerating" my every day until I found myself unable to function properly, Just being alive became a struggle. I'm a single mom with a child who depends on me... I couldn't afford being broken like this.

So I threw all my knowledge, research, and first-hand experiences into my own recovery to finally shatter the mask, release the toxic dependencies, break free... and gave myself permission to be unapologetically me.

Let me help you do the same.
